Some Izzy Love!

Today we're featuring some Izzy love in the form of a couple of cute cards!!

Take 'er away, Izzy...

This card was crafted for my boss's wedding and reflects her wedding colors. This was a borrowed pattern to which I've added my own alterations. (The paper I chose for this card was also used to alter some binder clips for place settings at the head table.)

The gold ribbon is secured with very thin double sided tape which was placed on the back side of the paper,  to which the ribbon was then carefully attached.

The buckles on the front of the card are made with the Geometric Multi Maker and the Fancy Square Maker, both from Creative Memories.
(Choosing the two slot function on the Geometric Maker, punch your two slots then holding the Fancy Square punch upside down place it over top of the slots so you can see where the fancy square needs to be punched out.)

Using chocolate ink to outline everything gives it a depth which I can not get away from. I am a distressing addict!  =) It just gives it that finished touch that I love!

This is one of my favorite patterns and I have made this card on a few special occasions!

The card below was made for my cousin in Holland for her birthday.

For this card I used Close to my Heart paper, ink and stamps and added black gems for a touch of bling. The actual card itself came in a paper pack which is also a Close to my Heart product.....I love their stuff!
