Don't Shoot The Sheriff!

With September just around the corner, it's time to prepare another Ridgeview Card. They requested a western theme, so I had some searching to do. Finally I found this little stamp from the Greeting Farm that I figured would work.

Here's the cards:

I colored the images with Bic Mark Its and some quick drying Sharpie markers. The little lasso's were a lot of fun to make, and so were the hats which were attached with pop dots over the original stamp. The sentiment I used was part of the designer paper, so I just cut it out and framed it.

Here's the supplies I used:

The Greeting Farm Stamp "Sheriff Ian"
Black ink
Quick dry Sharpies/ Bic Mark-Its'
Natural Hemp Cord
Black, White, Brown, Beige Cardstock
Terrifically Tacky Tape/ Pop Dots/ Dbl Sided tape
Creative Imaginations Designer Papers: SamanthaWalker.

Thanks for visiting and have a great day!!

  1. Love the little cowboy and it's muted colors. Did you also do the frog with cattails with the mushroom. Where did you get the frog picture? Very cute...LOVE that one also...I do a lot with cuts and really love the arrangement and would like to try something like that in the future. Thank you for sharing and answering my questions.

  3. Cely, the digital stamp on the card with the cattails and mushroom is from Softpencil Stamps. There's a link on the post above. Glad you like it! =D
Heather...yes, I was in a pinch--but I'd love to have some Copics!! I'll start collecting on my next trip out of town. :)
