What to Do With All Those Scraps!!

Happy Tuesday!

I've been happily cruising the Web looking for different ways to incorporate scraps into my cards. There's so many great ideas out there! Love it!

Anyhoo...I thought, why not share some of these ideas with you? So I saved images and copied locations for you to see them. Just want to warn you...there's quite a few...I had to limit myself!

Enjoy!
Cute little Baby Card, eh? This one can be found on Pinterest. It was originally posted in a special category in Splitcoast Stampers, which I do not have access to. My apologies to the original artist!
These super adorable candles were found at Christina's Creative Keepsakes
I absolutely LOVE this idea!! You could use a different shape as well. It reminds me of M.C.Eschers' work. If you don't know who he is, look him up...incredible artist!!
This piece was done by Jill at Word Play Word Work. Interesting blog!
Simple but effective, a stack of books! See Joan at Joan's Daily Stampede for more fun images!
Here's an interesting way to use circle scraps! This one was created by Alison from Stretch N Bubbles. Many of you will be familiar with her through Free Digital Stamps! :)
Clean, simple and beautiful! Connie, from Constantly Stamping whipped up this little sweetheart of a card!
This card called You Make Life Sweet, was done by Beth at Ain't She Crafty. It incorporates some really unusual patterns very well!
Here's another flag idea done a bit differently. This one was done by Nancy at I Stamp. I love the clean, crisp look!
This one I love, love, love! How fun would this one be to make? This 'Miss You' flower petal card was done by Val at Two Peas in a Bucket. (unfortunately I couldn't find her blog). Love the stitching on this one too!
I picked this heart card because the scraps are in the background peeking through the punch outs. I've seen this idea done a few different ways effectively. These cards were made by Jinny at Jinny Newlin.
Another heart card, but this time they've been stitched onto the card in rows. Love it! Check out Moxie Fab World  and see what else they're making!
I thought this one was quite original because of the shape of the card. Very cute! Done by Danielle at LilyBee Design. I think the grey background really made this card pop!
Here's some more circles done a different way! You could use patterns on this too. This card was made by Lisa at I'm in Haven.
I'm not sure what you'd call these shapes, but how cute! What a wonderful way to use up scraps!  This card was also done by Nancy at I Stamp.
I included this card because it's a good way to use up scraps, but you could use any edge punch and have a new look. You could go shorter and longer, etc. This card was found on Etsy's Rainy Day Color Shop.
Last, but certainly NOT least!! I know you have a flower punch...doesn't everyone? If you don't, you should! What a cute idea this is. I actually had something similar in mind for something else I'll be making soon. Anyway, this one was made by Ruth at Flower Sparkle! So bright and cheery!

I also love the idea of weaving paper to make a background...and how fun would a chevron background be made with different scraps?

One reason I love looking around is because I find so many great bloggers out there! There are a few here that I'll definitely be going back to and looking over their blogs soon. Many of these paper artists are new to me too!

Have a nice day!

Carmen

I love the grafitti images. I just happen to be working on a grunge style card for my nephew whose birthday is coming soon. It's new for me and I'm enjoying it.
