The Harbinger Book and Matryoshka Dolls Digital Stamp

Hello!

I thought I'd slip another quick one in. I had my grandkids for about 4 days and am recuperating. Lol...love those kids, but full time is hard after all these years! We sure did have fun with them though.

I've also been doing some reading (not while the kids were here, obviously). I've been reading 'The Harbinger' by Jonathan Cahn. It's a very interesting read! It's not Bible, and I don't propose that everything therein is necessarily true, but I do believe it has a wakening effect!

For all my American friends, please realize when I read about America in this book, I considered Canada should also take heed...we all live in "North America." Here's a photo of the book:
I've also been doing some sketching lately. I haven't really done much of that kind of art in years, but I am taking a real interest in some of the mixed media art you see out there. I really want to try my hand at it!

So stay tuned! If any of it turns out okay, I'll probably share.

Last but not least, I started on some Russian Matryoshka Dolls. There will be more later, but here's a taste for now.

Well, have a nice week! I'm going to be MIA for another few days, but will be back asap! It's a busy summer!

One more thought!

Do not fear them, for there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, and hidden that will not be known. Matthew 10:26

Blessings!

  8. I love these dolls and I know the perfect person to make a card for with these. Yes, I have read the Harbinger by Jonathan Cahn also and tho it is written as a fiction it is closer to the truth than we want to believe. Thank you for sharing your adorable dolls hugs, Cathy K

  9. Your little dolls are so sweet, Carmen. I remember my Kindergarten class had a set and I always tried to get to play with them. Thank you so much.
I have heard of The Harbinger. It sounds like a very interesting read. Have you seen the video by John Paul Jackson called, The Perfect Storm?
I made a card using a BTFC image and linked it to your site. The blog post is here: http://tickellexpressions.blogspot.ca/2012/07/the-outlawz-color-challenge-july17.html

  10. Thanks for the great doll images.

The Harbinger is on my list of books to read. I've heard that it could be a great warning for our times..
