And Still It Sings

Hello!

I've noticed a few new followers in the sidebar.  Welcome to my blog!! I hope you enjoy your visits here!

So life's been good for me, but if I'm being honest, that's not always the way it is...after all, it is 'life' --which guarantees good times, bad times, sad times, hard times, etc.  All those things are meant for us to enjoy or learn from.  I don't complain much, and I try to be positive, but I am also a very realistic person, and the truth is, sometimes life just sucks!

Yes, sometimes life is just hard, but I still find that the best way to deal with that, is to poutgrumble,  scowl ...or maybe I'll just sing! Well...you never know! Maybe it'll make me feel better. Here's my newest on that topic.

Ya, it's really nothing special....this one's all about the sentiment -

Just a reminder that in spite of all the negative stuff the world brings us, there's always still something to sing about!

For me, it's grandbabies, family, the air I breathe...life is precious, don't take it for granted, and handle it with love!

Projects using this Digi:
Cathy from Scrips & Scraps made this adorable card! I absolutely love her card...check out her blog to see how she made it!

Blessings,
Carmen

  10. Thanks for both the tea kettle and the sentiment to go with it. Know what you mean, sometimes it is easy to fall into pout mode so the gentle reminder is a good one. ~Susan

  12. I think it is best if I let the teapot do the singing. I don't want to make it a bad day for someone who may be listening. We just need to remember the good times and try to forget the bad. Thank you for the image and wordart!

  14. You are right...I've had my own experiences to remind me of this, but I also don't need to look very far out of my family to realize that we are very fortunate to have the life we do. It's good to keep that perspective when life's little tribulations start to get you down. Thanks for the message and the freebies.

  17. Hi, agree with Marla, when I was a kid I was singing at the top of my voice, and she said Honey, you couldn't carry a tune if you had it in a bucket, could you? Boy talk about deflating my young ego. Thanks for your teapot and the sentiment, appreciate them..
