Another Card...Bo Bunny

It was my beautiful DIL's birthday on Friday, so I made her a card. She is such a bright, fanciful, sunny person, and I wanted the card to reflect that. I used the Bo Bunny Flower Child papers to make this card because I adore the colors. I just love the way it turned out!

Yes, it's another purse card. I just love these little cards. They are SO much fun to do. I cuttlebugged the greeting (birthday folder) onto the front piece and taped it on separately. You couldn't see the imprint all that well, so I took some of my metallics and rubbed them on. Not only did it stand out better, it also gave a little shine! The sheer ribbon is not so noticeable in the photo, but it's the purse strap.

Here's the inside greeting. The flowers I used are the Bo Bunny flowers that goes with the papers. The stamp is "Because of You" (D1153) from CTMH.

I made this little mini envelope because we often give the kids money for their birthdays. At this time in their lives, it just works for them. The envelope would be great for game or concert tickets as well. The pattern for the mini envelope came from Clips N Cuts, here is the link to the tutorial and templates  if you'd like to make your own. There are four different ones. So adorable!!

Also note the edge punch I've incorporated on the front top and bottom of the card, and the inside. As usual, there's lots of inking.

I added a little fold so that the card would stand up on it's own. Well, that's it for today! I hope you liked it even though it was another purse card!

Have a good week!
