Useable Crafts

Hello Everyone!

Instead of making cards for November, I thought we should make something the ladies can use in their rooms. So I made some prototypes to show them next week when we do our Halloween cards. Here is a photo of the two items we'll make:




The first item is a binder clip altered to hold a photo, some mail, tickets to the hockey game...or what have you!

Here's a close up of that one.



Oooops...looks like one of the petals needs to be pulled out.

The second item is:




A nice big bookmark!!

I know they'll enjoy making these, and I'm sure there'll be time for tea after. I'm having so much fun!

    I LOVE the bookmark!! I haven't seen that before, and it's lovely.

    Are there directions for that online somewhere?

    I'm sensing a bunch of Christmas gifts coming....
