Hello!
I've been busy making some little cards for Valentine's Day...and I do mean little! These love notes are quick and easy to make and just perfect to give to anyone. It was so much fun putting these 3X3 cards together. My biggest decision was which ones to make with the Ridgeview residents!
The fancy heart used in the note above is a Close To My Heart Stamp.
For this one and the next I used SCAL and my Cricut using the free Valentine Truffles SVG file from SVG Cuts, and the Valentine Lace Square from the SVGShop.com Blog.
I just love these mini envelopes!! This SVG File is found at Clips-n-Cuts.
The envelopes come with circles to attach them with a string, but we used a punch to punch a couple of little circles to correspond with the middle scallops and tied them with a string or narrow ribbon.
Additional supplies used:
1.50 stamps from Michael's
Martha Stewart heart punch
Martha Stewart edge punch
Michael's and Dollar Store ribbon
Well, thanks for visiting and have a good week!
Blessings,
Carmen
How adorable! I've really got to buy some scrapbooking supplies - I think some of them would come in very handy even though I don't scrapbook!
ReplyDeleteThe truffle card is really cute! That first heart card is a real winner, though--WOW!
ReplyDeleteThank you ladies! Heather, if you like to make things, you'll love scrapbook supplies! Just don't get addicted to them if you can help it...:)
ReplyDeleteCarmen, what embossing folder did you use on your pink heart that has the lattice and dots on it. IT is very nice and really adds to the quality of the heart. I have looked for the last 3 hours trying to find this.
ReplyDeleteI saw your heart card earlier in the day on this blog. and have been drooling over the embossing.
Thanks Lora
It's the Cuttlebug Dominos Folder. :)
DeleteThank you Carmen, I had this page saved and was able to find it again.
DeleteNow I can go shopping for it.
