Time Flies When You're Having Fun!

I can't believe it's October already! Things have been extremely busy lately. Today I went to Ridgeview and did some cards with the seniors. I've finally figured out how much to prepare the cards ahead of time so that they can make them and enjoy the process. It was a lot of fun.

I am going back on the 20th to do another class with them. Same card, but Halloween focused. I'm looking forward to it. Apparently we're going to fit in some tea too.
I'm working on a couple of other crafts for them as well, and I want to get a page done soon. I'll be posting them when they're done.

Right now I'm expecting more company...Thanksgiving is coming this Monday. Unbelievable!!

    Happy Thanksgiving, and for keeping those of us in the States on our toes! We'll have the day off, but we'll be--theoretically--celebrating Columbus Day.

    Glad the cards are going well with the seniors and that you have a "system" figured out. It is so much more fun to outreach when you don't have to sweat the small stuff!

    So in Canada they have thanksgiving in October? You lost me. Doing work with the seniors is awesome. Way to go Carmen.
